Yes. Since we provide a short link (e.g., thaiqrcode.com/q/ABC123) that directs to your content, you can log in to your dashboard and edit the destination URL or text at any time without having to reprint the QR Code.
We provide built-in analytics. Log in to your Dashboard, and you will see the total number of scans, today's scans, and the devices/browsers used by the people who scanned your QR Codes.
Currently, you can download your QR Codes in PNG format (high resolution). Support for SVG, PDF, and EPS formats will be available for premium users in the near future.
If your QR Code won't scan, it might be due to low contrast (e.g., yellow text on a white background), the size being too small, or the print quality being blurry. We recommend using dark colors for the QR code and light colors for the background.
Yes, you can choose custom foreground (QR dots) and background colors using the color picker tool. However, for the best scannability, always ensure there is high contrast between the two.
There is no limit to the number of QR Codes you can create. However, to prevent spam and system abuse, we limit users to creating 5 QR Codes per minute.
When creating a QR Code, you can check the box 'Publish this QR Code to ThaiQRCODE Gallery'. If selected, your QR Code may randomly appear in our public Gallery for others to discover. If left unchecked, your QR Code remains 100% private.
Absolutely not. If you do not select the 'Publish to Gallery' option, your QR Code is only accessible via its specific short link. No one else can see it in our system.
Yes. You can delete any QR Code from your Dashboard. Please note that deleting a QR Code is permanent, and anyone who scans the old QR Code or short link will no longer be able to access the content.
A vCard QR Code is a digital business card. When someone scans it, their phone will automatically open a contact profile with your name, phone number, email, and company details, allowing them to save it instantly.
Select 'WiFi' as the QR Type. Enter your network's SSID (WiFi name) and Password. When guests scan the code, their phones will automatically prompt them to connect to your WiFi network.
Yes. We use Google Secure Login, meaning we never see your password. We only store your name and email to manage your account. Your QR Code data is private and securely stored in our database.
Yes, you can use the QR Codes generated on our platform for your business, marketing campaigns, product packaging, or commercial events without any restrictions.
We take user safety seriously. If you find a QR Code containing spam, malware, or inappropriate content, please click the 'Report' button on that QR Code card. Our admin team will review and remove it immediately.
We use short links to act as a 'redirect' to your actual destination. This allows us to track scan analytics and gives you the ability to change the destination URL later without having to print a new QR Code.
Currently, adding custom logos to the center of the QR Code is not supported in the free version. This feature will be available in our upcoming Premium/Pro plan for businesses.
